The legacy of Red Williams Well Drilling Ltd. dates back to 1958 when Red Williams Sr. founded Island Well Drilling in Ladysmith, British Columbia. Initially utilizing cable tool drilling methods, the company transitioned to air rotary drill rigs in 1978, reflecting a commitment to adopting advanced technologies. In 1986, Red Williams Jr. established Red Williams Well Drilling Ltd., continuing the family tradition of excellence in well drilling services. Today, the company operates under the leadership of the third generation, Thomas Williams, who upholds the values and standards set by his predecessors.
